Following the two distributions in 2017 the only assets remaining in the BGP Holdings group are held in cash in the remaining holding companies. The sums held back amount to up to EUR 30 million, pending resolution of legal dispute with the buyers of the BGP portfolio. In a best case scenario a final distribution would thus amount to EUR 0.003 (AUD 0.005) per share. Given the uncertainty around the size, timing and likelihood of a final distribution it would be prudent to suggest the shares no longer have any material value.
