Non-executive Chairman, Australian residentAmong his many international sports marketing activities, Rod is best known for his leadership of Olympics bids by Sydney 2000 event and Athens for 2004. He was invited by the British Government to advise on London's chances of hosting the 2012 Olympic Games, and recommended that the city bid. Rod is a leading company director, a former national chairman of top Australian commercial law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and a former president of the Law Society of New South Wales. He is a board member of major public companies including Ramsay Health Care Limited, and is Chairman of Sky City Entertainment Group Limited and Vintage Private Equity Growth Limited. He has significant property experience through his law practice and as a director of companies such as Australian Growth Propeties. He is also a Director of Destination NSW which is a corporation formed by the Government of New South Wales to be responsible for the promotion of tourism and major events.
MARK DUNSTAN
Executive Director, Luxembourg residentMark Dunstan has 20 years experience in corporate and institutional banking, including debt origination, structured finance and securitisation. Mark originally joined BGP in 2006 from ING where he was Managing Director within Financial Markets. He rejoined BGP after 18 months as Head of Specialised Funds EMEA at Babcock & Brown. In January 2018 Mark was appointed non-executive Chairman of Oxford Properties Europe.

FRANCIS J. VASSALLO
Non-executive Director, Maltese residentFrancis J. Vassallo is a former Governor of the Central Bank of Malta, a founding member of the Board of Governors of the Malta Financial Services Authority and a former Chairman of the Malta Development Corporation. During his 23 year career with Chase Manhattan Bank, Francis held various senior management positions in New York, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain and was also on the sub boards of the same bank's subsidiaries in Spain, the Channel Islands and Luxembourg. Francis is a non-executive board member of a number of listed and unlisted companies. During the period 2008 and 2016 he held the position of Chairman of Mediterranean Bank plc. He is also on the board of various major international funds. Until recently he was also on the Board of Fimbank plc. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association, International Tax Planning Association and is a Professed Knight of the Sovereign Military Order of the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem. He has been awarded the National Order of Merit by the President of Malta and the Order of Isabel La Catolica by the King of Spain. Francis, between March 2009 until recently, was appointed Special Envoy to the Malta Government to initiate and negotiate agreements on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Protection of Investments in the Latin American Region. Francis is fluent in English, Maltese, Italian, French and Spanish.
RUTH AGIUS SCICLUNA BUTTIGIEG
Non-executive Director, Maltese residentDr Ruth Agius Scicluna Buttigieg holds a Doctorate of Law from the University of Malta. Ruth previously worked for a prestigious law firm in Malta and KPMG in the Corporate Tax and Legal Department. Ruth joined Francis J. Vassallo & Associates Limited in 2002 and is Head of Tax and Legal, specialising in international tax planning. She is a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, International Bar Association and the Malta Institute of Taxation. Ruth is fluent in English, Maltese, Italian and French.
